1. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your plan).

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate and up to date.

2. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until that time.

We cannot accept cancellations via email, chat, or phone. To ensure proper processing, all cancellations must be made directly through your account dashboard.

3. Refunds

We want to be clear and fair:

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or failure to cancel before renewal.

Refunds are only issued if:

A duplicate payment is made in error, or

A verified technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the service.

Please contact our support team if you believe you qualify for a refund.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

By subscribing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team to attempt resolution.

If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately.

We maintain records of customer activity (including account creation, login history, and cancellation requests) which may be used as evidence in resolving disputes.

5. Policy Updates

We may update this Payments & Refunds Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with the date of the last update shown above. Continued use of our service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
